General questions regarding my order

Is it possible to change my delivery address?

If you wish to change your delivery address (e.g. from work to home), please contact our customer service at service@misterspex.co.uk. Please do not forget to include your order number.

Will there be delays regarding the delivery of my order?

The health of our employees is of course our top priority. This is why we have taken a wide range of measures to protect the health of our employees and to ensure the best possible delivery ability. We have enough inventory in stock and do not expect to encounter delivery or service issues. However, we cannot rule out possible inventory or delivery issues related to official regulations in the future.

Return & complaint

Can I extend my return period?

Unfortunately this is not technically possible for us at the moment, but we will be very flexible with orders that are not returned on time.

What happens with my money if my return does not arrive in time?

If you cannot return your package in time or if there is a delay with the respective transport company, we will be flexible. If an amount for an order that you fitted at home has been debited and the package arrives at our premises later, the debited amount will automatically be refunded to your account.

Can I continue to order online from Mister Spex as normal?

Yes, our large selection of glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses are still available online at misterspex.co.uk. You can easily try on the models online. It is even easier if you know your current vision values or if they are already stored in your Mister Spex customer account, then nothing prevents you from ordering your new glasses to your home.

Should I order now or after the COVID-19 crisis?

That is of course up to you. We have enough goods in stock and do not expect to encounter delivery or service issues. Production is proceeding normally and the quality level remains unchanged. However, we cannot rule out possible inventory or delivery issues related to official regulations in the future.

Are contact lenses still being delivered?

We have restocked our inventory prior to the current crisis, and so far we have not encountered any delivery problems with contact lenses. However, we cannot rule out possible inventory or delivery issues related to official regulations in the future.
