My new glasses don't fit properly - what can I do?
Mister Spex delivers all glasses custom-made to your specifications. In the vast majority of cases this means that the glasses are a perfect fit. If, however, the glasses do not fit comfortably, then we recommend a short visit to your local optician. They can quickly help by shaping the glasses to get a better fit. If you are still unhappy, then please return the glasses and you can make use of our Right of Withdrawal.
Under no circumstances should you try and forceably bend or shape the glasses yourself.
