We offer free delivery for glazed glasses and sunglasses. For unglazed glasses (purchase of frames only) we charge the shipping costs shown.

Your order will packaged by us and shipped directly and delivered by Royal Mail.
When will my order arrive?
The majority of our products are available and ready for shipping as they are. For instance, when available in our shop our contact lenses, care products, sunglasses and glasses to try at home are usually delivered within 2-4 days.
If your desired product is not immediately ready for shipping, or you have ordered an individual customisation (as with all prescription glasses), then the relevant delivery times will be shown during the order process. We will send your purchase as soon as possible, once we have finished the customisation or received the goods from the manufacturer. This usually takes 6-14 days. This process may take up to 4 weeks, but only under exceptional circumstances. Estimated delivery times can be found in each product description.
Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes, of course. You can, for example, have your new glasses sent directly to your office. Simply enter the address where you would like your order to be sent during the ordering process.
