Contact lenses and care products can be sent back to us within 30 days, provided that the interior packaging has not opened or damaged, and the exterior packaging is still in good condition.
Should your contact lenses have any defects, e.g. ripped or missing lenses, then please contact our customer service team. In order for us to be able to help you as fast as possible, make sure to have the following information to hand: LOT-number, expiration date, correction values and the number of defective contact lenses.
Damaged or defective glasses and sunglasses can be sent back within 2 years of receipt. Please contact our customer service team beforehand.
If you have mistakenly submitted your order with the incorrect prescription values or delivery address, for example, please inform our customer service team immediately. Your request will be processed as fast as possible. Please provide your first and last name, delivery address and order number as well as the necessary changes.
As long your order has not been shipped, you can always cancel it.
Simply log in to your customer account and select the order or items you wish to cancel from the order overview. Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order. Depending on the payment method, the refund will take 7-10 days.
