Our video consultation offers you individual advice from our opticians and optical experts in the comfort of your own home – free of charge and without obligation.

How to:

  • 1. Make an appointment
    Select your preferred date and follow the next steps.
  • 2. Receive appointment confirmation and link by email
    You will receive your appointment confirmation directly via email. Shortly before your appointment, you will also receive an email with the link to join your personal video consultation with one of our consultants.
  • 3. Prepare video consultation
    All you need is a computer or laptop with a camera, microphone, and speakers (or a headset), as well as a Mister Spex customer account, and you're ready to go.

    As soon as your video appointment is scheduled, simply click on the participation link. By the way, we use the software from our partner TIMIFY. No download is required, as it works in all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

    We're here to help you with any questions you may have about choosing glasses, sunglasses, and lenses. We offer a detailed, personalized frame consultation to help you find the right pair for your style. Even if you're already holding a sample of glasses from previous order or a home trial, we're happy to help you make your decision. Our experienced staff can provide you with direct, expert feedback via video consultation.

Our experienced staff can provide you with direct and expert feedback via video consultation. Once you've found your new favorite pair, we'll also be happy to give you tips on choosing the perfect lenses for your glasses and explain all your options.

    Is it also safe if I have a video call with Mister Spex?

    We use the solution from our partner TIMIFY, one of the leading providers of appointment booking solutions in Germany. Our employees do not have access to your computer at any time. The audio or video information transmitted during the video consultation is not recorded. Here you can find all information about data protection and security.

    How do I order my glasses after the consultation?

    During the consultation, our consultants will have added one or more pairs of glasses or sunglasses to your personal wish list in your customer account. After the consultation, log in to your misterspex.de account and access your wish list. From there, you can add your desired pairs to your shopping cart for immediate purchase or to view.

    Do I have to give the employee my payment details when placing an order?

    No, you place the order on your own computer. We'll choose the frames and lenses together beforehand. If you wish, you can stay in touch with your consultant during the ordering process if any questions arise.
