Postage Costs

  • UK: There are no shipping costs for glazed glasses and sunglasses. For unglazed glasses (purchase of frames only) we charge the shipping costs shown. Free shipping on contact lenses from £29.00

  • Ireland: £3.90 (postage & handling costs).

  • Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia:£3.99 (Shipping and Handling costs). Please note that customs may levy additional costs.

  • USA: We charge Eur 47.99 (Postage & Handling costs) to the USA. Please note that Customs may levy additional costs.

Delivery Time

The majority of our products are available in our warehouse and ready to be sent straight to you. Should your product happen to be out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as possible upon receipt from the manufacturer.

Items in stock which do not require individual preparation (e.g. sunglasses and contact lenses) will be delivered within 2-4 working days. However, if your glasses need to be fitted with prescription lenses, the delivery can take 6-14 working days.

Delivery time to the USA can take upto 14 business days

Home Trial: Currently, we do not offer home trial for our customers in the USA

Tracking Your Parcel

You will receive an e-mail with our shipping confirmation, as soon as your package has been picked up by Royal Mail. This e-mail contains a link with your tracking number (ID), which you can use to track your parcel.

Your order will packaged by us and shipped and delivered directly by Royal Mail. For deliveries to other countries, the Royal Mail tracking information will show a link to the corresponding local carrier.

Can the Delivery Address Vary from the Invoice Address?

We are happy to post your products to a delivery address that differs to that on your invoice address. In that case, please make sure to provide the correct and complete address where you would like to have the item(s) sent to.

International Delivery

1. Which countries outside of the UK do you deliver to?

At the moment we deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Delivery is NOT available to: Channel Islands, Isle of man, British Forces Post Office (BFPO) and British Overseas Territories as well as to the Âland Islands, Mount Athos, San Marino, the continental Italian national waters of Lake Lugano between the bank and the political frontier between Lavena Ponte Tresa and Porto Ceresio located zone, Livingo and Campione d'Italia.

2. How much is international postage?

For all of the above listed countries, postage costs will be calculated at £3.99, not including Ireland: £2.99. Customs duties are covered by Mister Spex and free of charge for you.

How Will I Be Invoiced?

For the sake of the environment, you will receive a digital invoice for your order via email. Should you be unable to find your invoice or if you have entered the wrong e-mail address, please contact our customer service team. We will then resend the invoice and update your e-mail address if need be.
