Pay with a Voucher
Voucher conditions: Redeeming vouchers are dependent on the indicated minimum order value, date of validity, or specified category. Vouchers cannot be combined with other Mister Spex sales promotions.

2. On returns, minimum order value and minimum purchase amount:
We would appreciate your understanding regarding vouchers, in particular with regards percentage discounts, which cannot be refunded or paid out when a partial or complete return has been made. Should the voucher be dependent on minimum order value, the value is then equated with the provided minimum order value. This means that when the minimum order value is not met by means of partial or complete return, the aforementioned voucher will lose its validity and the original price of the article will then apply.
Pay via PayPal
If you would like to pay for your purchases through PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after you have completed. Should you already be a PayPal customer, simply log into your account and complete the payment. Otherwise, you can register as a guest user or create an account. This form of payment is especially secure due to PayPal’s buyer protection policy, where you receive your money back if you encounter any problems.
The account linked with PayPal will be debited on the day of the order, which will expedite your order process.
Pay with Credit Card
We accept the following credit cards:
When paying with credit card, you will be asked to provide your credit card details during the order process. Your information will of course be sent securely over a SSL encrypted connection. Your credit card will be charged and your order then processed.
To protect you from credit card fraud, we may carry out additional confirmation of your data. In this case, you will receive a request via e-mail from our customer service team. The steps that will then proceed will be clarified in the e-mail.
Note for home trials:
When you order glasses for free home trial, we reserve a deposit to the amount of the purchase price. As soon as the glasses are returned, (generally 1-3 working days) the hold on your credit card will then be lifted. We will only charge you for the glasses if they are not returned within the 10-day trial period or a follow-up order is placed.
I haven't received a confirmation of my order. Has my order been confirmed?
After you successfully complete your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail (to the address you have stated) from Mister Spex. A successful order is confirmed once Mister Spex sends you an order confirmation e-mail.
If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail - please check your spam folder.
