Change your e-mail address

You can change your e-mail yourself if by clicking on "change e-mail" in your customer account. Simply enter your new e-mail address and click on "Save your new e-mail".

Note: The e-mail address is also used as your login. Please make sure you have access to the e-mail account you are using.

Change Address

You can change your delivery/billing address yourself by clicking on "My addresses" in your customer account. Simply amend your information in the respective fields then confirm the changes by clicking on "Edit billing address" or "Edit delivery address".

Note: Your address cannot be applied to existing orders. The change will only apply to your next order.

Updating Your Customer Info

You can change your name and date of birth in the "Profile Settings" section of your account. You can also input your correction values, so you can speed up your next order. After you have finished updating your information, click "Save" to confirm your changes.

If you wish to change the values of an existing order, please contact our customer service team.

You can update your password easily under "Change Password". Simply enter your old/new password, and confirm the changes by clicking "save your new password".

Note: Passwords must be comprised of at least 6 characters. For added security, passwords should contain upper and lowercase letters, special characters and numbers.

We regularly carry out contests and discounts, exclusively for receipients of our newsletter. Don't let these benefits get away! Registration is of course free and you receive a one-time 10% coupon for immediate use on our website.

If you're already a subscriber, you can unsubscribe at any time via your customer account. Alternatively, if you don't want to profit from the exlusive newsletter advantages, you can unsubscribe via a link to be found at the end of every newsletter.

In addition, you can rest assured that no Mister Spex employee will ever require you to confirm or provide sensitive banking or password information by phone. This information will only be requested in direct conjunction with an order on the Mister Spex website, which is transferred via a secure server. Please make sure that you never allow any unauthorized persons access to your computer or passwords.

Closing or Deleting Your Account

Would like your data to be removed and no longer have Mister Spex contact you? Then please contact our customer service team via post, e-mail or telephone and your information will be promptly removed. If you change your mind later, you can always re-register.
